For
your convenience, you may order through our secure
shopping cart. Simply add the items you wish to purchase
to your cart.
When you are done
shopping, follow the checkout process. You will receive
a confirmation / purchase receipt with all of the order
details to the email address you specify.
We take all major
credit cards through Paypal, personal checks or money
orders.
Personal checks
will delay shipping by 8 - 10 days while your check
clears our bank.

Do you offer combined Shipping?
Most definitely! We will always do our best to combine your order
and ship it as cheaply as possible.
How do
I get the combine shipping discount?
As you add items to your shopping cart, the discount cost for
combined shipping is calculated automatically. Please be
sure to fill in all required information during the checkout
process.
Do you ship to International
Destinations?
Absolutely! We
use three shipping zones: USA Destinations, Canada Destinations,
& all other International Destinations.
What shipping services do you offer?
The default shipping carrier
is USPS Flat Rate, which allows
us to ship large amounts of tiles for an inexpensive flat rate
cost. If you prefer UPS, Fed Ex or another carrier, do not complete
the shopping cart checkout. Please let us know what shipping
service you prefer and we can try to accommodate you. We
can also provide flat rate overnight shipping through the
US Post Office.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Military addresses?
Yes!
International
Postage
International parcels are subject to a weight limit which means
we are restricted on the quantity of goods we can ship in a specific
parcel size. Below is a list of our standard parcel sizes, the
quantity of goods we can fit in each and the applicable shipping
cost.
- 50 – 200 ½” tiles
or up to 12 ounces of goods - $9.00 USD
- 201 – 1200 ½” tiles
or up to 4 pounds of goods - $12.00 USD
- 1201 – 2400 ½” tiles
or up to 8 pounds of goods - $24.00 USD
- 2401 – 8000 ½” tiles
or up to approx. 15 pounds of goods - $40.00
USD
- 8001 – 12000 ½” tiles
or up to approx. 20 pounds of goods - $50.00
USD
If you purchase tiles
in sizes other than 1/2" we will
convert them to their 1/2" equivalent for shipping computations. For
example:
- 100 1 cm tiles = 75 ½” tiles
so postage would be $9.00
- 800 2 cm tiles = 1200 ½” tiles
so postage would be $12.00
500 1” tiles = 2000 ½” tiles
so postage would be $24.00
If we find you have room
in your parcel for extra tiles,
without incurring additional postage we will indicate this
on your invoice so you can decide if you wish to add to your
order to maximize your postage expense. Some examples
of combined international shipping are:
- 100 1/2" mirror
500 3/4" pastel mix ( converts
to 750 ½” tiles
for postage computation )
1 glass cutter
Postage would be $12 since there is less than
1200 tiles. There is no extra postage for the glass cutter since
we can safely fit it in with your parcel without exceeding the
weight limit.

2 lbs grout
1 pair wheeled nippers
Postage would be $24 (2 packs at $12 each)
since there are 1250 tiles plus the grout and nippers. Parcel
#1 would have 1200 tiles in it and parcel 2 would have the remaining
50 tiles plus the grout and nippers.
How safe and efficient is International Shipping and will I
have to Pay VAT?
We ship internationally
on a daily basis. We package each parcel with adequate packaging
to prevent damage on the long ride to its destination. We
use USPS Priority Mail which has an estimated delivery time
of 4 - 10 days. Customs and duty fees are a necessary part
of international business but need not worry you. In my years
of experience with international commerce, duty fees are very
rarely, if ever, applicable to the average artisan since
they are not buying in quantities large enough to warrant the
assessment of any fees.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We will gladly accept standard-stock items back for exchange
any time within 10 days of your date of purchase. You may exchange
your items for any other item in our store. We do not offer cash,
Paypal or credit card refunds.
We do not allow returns
or exchanges on special orders. Exchanges must be requested
within 7 days of receipt of your item. Returns must be approved
in advance via email and must be returned in the same shipping
package they were received in. This is necessary to prevent
damage to the product on its return journey to us. If your
returned item(s) are received but have not been sufficiently
packed to prevent damage then we may not be able to issue
you a full credit.
My order was incorrect or incomplete, what should I do?
If you experience any
problems with your order please contact us via email or phone
immediately so we can correct it. We try exceedingly hard
to make sure every order is 100% accurate, but occasionally
we may make an error.
Our goal is to make your
experience shopping with us a positive one. We are always
willing to work with you to assure you receive your correct
order and the best customer service possible.

What if I don't see what I need? Can you get it for me?
If you do not see what
you need, please contact us and chances are we will be able
to help you. We carry over 500 different kinds of glass and
have access to many, many more colors and types.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Generally YES but please
contact us with your specific needs and we can provide you
with a quote.
Do
you have a retail outlet?
Yes and we welcome your visit. We are located at 7620 A Eigleberry

Can I pick my items up from you?
Yes, but please contact us
to let us know when to expect you so we have your order ready.
Do you offer discounts to teachers and troop leaders?
We are always happy to
help out the unsung heroes of the day (teachers and camp/troop
leaders!!!). Please email or call us and we will do our best
to work with your budget and offer you the best discount
possible. Please have your teacher certificate ID handy.
Do you accept orders for repeat shipments?
Yes! We can set you up for a repeat order either bi-weekly,
monthly or any other duration you wish.
